When transporting certain types of cargo (such as large or heavy equipment), physical constraints may require that items are unloaded in the reverse order they were loaded. The model should support LIFO (last-in-first-out) sequencing, ensuring that the order of pickups and deliveries respects this constraint.

Drivers in Pickup & Delivery Routing should have their workload distributed fairly, similar to how load balancing works in Field Service Routing. Without this, the solver may assign a disproportionate share of work to some drivers while others are underutilized.

Using fewer drivers is preferable when all visits can still be served. Reducing the number of active vehicles lowers operational costs and can simplify coordination. The request is to implement this optimization goal in Pick-up & Delivery Routing, similar to how it's implemented in the Field Service Routing model.
