This is a request for Timefold to build a model that assigns jobs to machines, optimizing for production efficiency, minimizing completion time and makespan, and balancing workloads across resources.

For real-time use cases we would like the ability to re-plan an updated set of jobs, keeping what is already started untouched (pinned).
