Allow both multi-day shifts and normal workday shifts in FSR

Currently, the input needs to specify which technicians can travel during the planning period (by including multi days shifts with hotel breaks). However, is some cases travelling is not strictly necessary and all itineraries could be performed with technicians leaving from and returning to their home location. This might produce confusing outputs and/or suboptimal schedules.
Visit 6517503 is only performed on Friday with an assumed waiting time of 4days.

Ability to let a technician either return home daily or stay overnight, and let the solver choose what’s best

This is a request to make it possible to model technicians who can travel and stay overnight near the work location, but who would prefer to return home when the plan allows it.
Today, overnight stays can be modeled by using multi-day shifts and representing hotel stays as breaks at flexible locations. However, if we want to support both options (return-home vs. overnight) for the same technician, the best workaround is to run two separate scenarios (one with a single multi-day shift, one with daily shifts) and compare results. This is slow, harder to automate, and doesn’t allow the solver to make the tradeoff within a single optimization run.
If the platform would allow both planning modes to exist at the same time and optimize across them, so the solver can pick “return home” when feasible and use “overnight stay” only when it improves feasibility/cost.
