Show metric evolution during solving (and optimization gain)

To better understand the dynamics and trade-offs the software makes during the solving of a planning problem, it would be useful to see:
- the optimization gain - defined as the difference between the first and the last solution;
- the evolution of a model's metrics;
This can help users understand:
- the real-world impact (in metrics) of the duration of solving
- how different metrics impact each other (e.g. if assigned visits goes up, this also impacts technician costs and to some extent potentially overtime);
